Abstract
a invenção se refere a um método de cultivo e amostragem para plantas cultivadas em um dispositivo de amostragem multipeça, dito dispositivo de amostragem compreendendo uma seção superior (4) com um identificador de seção superior e um número de recipientes de cultivo (4.1), e uma seção inferior (2) com um identificador de seção inferior e um mesmo número de recipientes de amostra (2.1). quando o dispositivo de amostragem está em uma posição de montagem, a seção superior (4) é conectada à seção inferior (2) de uma tal maneira que os recipientes de amostra (2.1) sejam arranjados para corresponder aos recipientes de cultivo (4.1), que estão embaixo dos mesmos. o método compreende as seguintes etapas: em uma fase de cultivo, as plantas são cultivadas nos recipientes de cultivo (4.1), que são cheios com um substrato e/ou nutrientes, na seção superior (4) do dispositivo de amostragem; uma vez que as raízes das plantas tiverem crescido através de uma abertura de base que é provida em cada recipiente de cultivo (4.1), para dentro do recipiente de amostra (2.1) provido embaixo, as partes de raiz na dita seção inferior (2) são removidas do resto das plantas usando um cortador (6); em uma fase de análise, a seção inferior (2) do dispositivo de amostragem, com as partes de raiz no interior, é conduzida para um dispositivo de análise, uma descrição fenotípica e/ou um teste biológico molecular sendo realizados para as diferentes partes de raiz, e; em uma fase de seleção, a seção superior (4) do dispositivo de amostragem, com o resto vivo das plantas dentro, é conduzida para um dispositivo de seleção e posicionada.
