a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de aspersão eletrostática (100) que inclui: um dispositivo de geração de alta tensão (22) para aplicar uma tensão entre um eletrodo de aspersão (1) e um eletrodo de referência (2); e um controlador de circuito (24) que controla uma potência de saída do dispositivo de geração de alta tensão (22) com base na informação do ambiente da operação que indica pelo menos um de (i) um ambiente que circunda o dispositivo e (ii) um estado de operação de uma fonte de energia (21) que fornece energia a esse dispositivo, independentemente do valor de uma corrente e do valor de uma tensão no eletrodo de aspersão (1) e o eletrodo de referência (2).
