Abstract
de acordo com um aspecto da presente invenção, é revelado um método para transmitir vídeo omnidirecional. o método para transmitir vídeo omnidirecional de acordo com uma modalidade da presente invenção inclui obter uma imagem para o vídeo omnidirecional, projetar a imagem para o vídeo omnidirecional em uma estrutura de projeção 3d, empacotar a imagem projetada na estrutura de projeção 3d em um quadro 2d, codificar a imagem empacotada no quadro 2d e transmitir um sinal de dados contendo a imagem codificada e metadados acerca do vídeo omnidirecional.
