Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um substrato de vidro compreendendo, sobre pelo menos uma parte de uma de suas faces, pelo menos: - uma camada de proteção temporária polimérica não solúvel na água destinada a ser eliminada por tratamento térmico durante uma transformação do substrato tal como um recozimento, um recurvamento e/ou uma têmpera, e - uma camada de esmalte constituída de uma mistura de frita de vidro, de pigmentos inorgânicos e de componentes orgânicos depositada sobre pelo menos uma parte da camada de proteção, o referido esmalte sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que: - sua temperatura de transição vítrea tg é superior à temperatura tc60%, definida como sendo a temperatura na qual 60% da massa inicial da camada de proteção é consumida, a referida temperatura tc60% determinada por análise termogravimétrica sob ar, - a contração máxima do esmalte, medida por análise termomecânica entre 450°c e 650°c, é superior a 20%, - a diferença entre a temperatura de inflexão tinflexão e a temperatura de transição vítrea tg é inferior a 60°c, a temperatura de inflexão sendo definida como sendo a temperatura na qual a velocidade de deslocamento medida por análise termomecânica do esmalte é máxima, e - o teor de pigmentos inorgânicos entrando na composição total do esmalte é inferior a 35% em peso.
