Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a derivados de quinazolinona inovadores de inibição de pi3k; um método para preparar os derivados; e uma composição farmacêutica para tratar neoplasmas hematológicos ou doenças do fígado, a qual contém os derivados de quinazolinona, em que os derivados de quinazolinona inovadores de acordo com a presente invenção têm um efeito benéfico no tratamento de neoplasmas hematológicos ou doenças do fígado. particularmente, os derivados de quinazolinona inibem pi3kd com alta seletividade em comparação com um fármaco anticâncer convencional de inibidores de pi3kd, reduzindo significativamente, desse modo, a imunotoxicidade ou inibindo simultaneamente pi3kd e pi3k¿, possibilitando, desse modo, o tratamento de doenças autoimunes e terapia anticâncer para câncer de sangue e similares. esses fármacos alvos têm uma vantagem de possibilitar que o problema dos efeitos colaterais de uma terapia anticâncer altamente tóxica convencional seja resolvido.
