Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de corte (1) para cortar um esterno (22; 8) de um paciente que compreende uma fonte de laser, uma estrutura de ajuste de feixe, um suporte e, opcionalmente, um arranjo de correção (14). a fonte de laser é adaptada para gerar um feixe de laser de corte (15). a estrutura de ajuste do feixe é disposta para direcionar o feixe de laser de corte (15) gerado pela fonte de laser ao longo de uma geometria de corte predefinida no esterno (22; 8). o suporte (12) transporta a fonte de laser. o suporte (12) tem uma estrutura de montagem (122) adaptada para ser fixada a uma caixa torácica do paciente de modo que a fonte de laser esteja em uma posição predefinida em relação ao esterno (22; 8). o arranjo de correção (14) é adaptado para identificar automaticamente um movimento da fonte de laser em relação ao esterno (22; 8) levando o feixe de laser de corte (15) da fonte de laser a se desviar da geometria de corte predefinida. é ainda adaptado para ajustar automaticamente a posição da fonte de laser em relação ao esterno (22; 8) para corrigir o desvio do feixe de laser de corte (15) da fonte de laser em relação à geometria de corte predefinida.
