Abstract

【課題】開頭手術において、患者に対する負担を小さくしながら手術を安全かつ簡単に行えるようにするとともに、固定具などに頼ることなく骨弁だけで閉頭できる頭蓋骨切断装置を提供する。 【解決手段】 　レーザによって頭蓋骨を切断するための頭蓋骨切断装置であって、レーザ発振器２００から光ファイバ３００を介して導入されたレーザＲを、先端部に設けた射出口１ａから射出するボディ１と、前記ボディ１に設けられ、頭蓋骨表面に所定態様で接触させることによって頭蓋骨Ｐの表面と射出口１ａとの距離が所定距離となるように当該ボディ１の姿勢を定める接触部２と、前記ボディ１からレーザＲの射出方向に向かって、当該レーザＲの光路を避けながら延出する所定長さの支持バー３１と、その支持バー３１の先端に設けられてレーザ光路に干渉し、レーザＲのそれ以上の進行を止める光遮断板３２と、を備えるようにした。
