a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para proteger uma peça de superliga de cristal único à base de níquel livre de háfnio (1), contra corrosão e oxidação, que compreende pelo menos as seguintes etapas, que consistem em: - fabricar uma peça de superliga de cristal único à base de níquel livre de háfnio (1), - depositar, na peça (1), uma primeira camada (2) compreendendo háfnio, depois uma camada base de revestimento de uma liga compreendendo pelo menos 10% em razão atômica de alumínio e uma segunda camada compreendendo háfnio, simultaneamente ou alternadamente, de modo a formar uma camada mista (3) e finalmente uma terceira camada compreendendo háfnio (4), - difundir a primeira camada compreendendo háfnio (2), de modo a formar uma primeira zona de interdifusão (21) na parte superior da peça de superliga de cristal único à base de níquel livre de háfnio (1) e difundir a terceira camada (4) compreendendo háfnio, de modo a formar uma segunda zona de interdifusão (41) na superfície da camada mista (3), - após o tratamento de difusão, realizar um tratamento de oxidação da segunda zona de interdifusão (41), de modo a obter uma camada de alumina dopada com háfnio (42) na superfície da segunda zona de interdifusão (41).
