Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um arranjo de turbina acionada por gases de escape a partir de um motor de combustão (2). o arranjo de turbina compreende um alojamento de turbina (7), uma roda de turbina (6) arranjada em modo de rotação no alojamento de turbina (7), uma primeira seção de voluta (15a) que define uma curva de passagem de fluxo (16) que se estende em cerca de 360° em torno da peri-feria da roda de turbina (6), e uma passagem radial interna (20) direcionando os ga-ses de escape radialmente para dentro a partir da passagem de fluxo (16) para den-tro da área varrida (21) da roda de turbina (6). a curva de passagem de fluxo (16) tem uma área de seção transversal (a) que diminui continuamente na direção do fluxo dos gases de escape a partir de uma área inicial (a0) em uma posição angular inicial (a 1) da curva de passagem de fluxo (16) para uma posição angular de extremidade (a 5). a área de fluxo (a) diminui continuamente com um valor sucessiva-mente reduzido a partir da posição angular inicial (a 1) para uma posição angular (a) localizada pelo menos 270° a partir da posição angular inicial.
