Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma substância de impregnação de fogo que é produzida por meio de polimerização de componentes não tóxicos, de tal modo que pentaeritritol (5% a 90% da massa) e polifosfato de amônio (5% a 90% da massa) são adicionados à água (30% a 96% da massa) com temperatura de 5°c a 98°c e a solução é misturada até se tornar pura. a razão mútua dos componentes de pentaeritritol e polifosfato de amônio pode variar de 1:18 a 18:1. durante a produção dos produtos de celulose ou produtos fibrosos de madeira tais como compensados ou chapas aglomeradas, as lascas de madeira ou aparas de serraria são imersas na substância de impregnação antes de ligação e prensagem, ou a substância de impregnação é adicionada a adesivo ou aglutinante, respectivamente, a qual reveste as lascas ou aparas antes de prensagem para produto desejado. os núcleos de microintumescência no interior do material, principalmente, nas superfícies das lascas, aparas ou fibras originais, produzem subsequente e gradualmente camadas ativas impedindo a permeação dos efeitos do fogo.
