Abstract
本发明公开了一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,包括如下步骤:(1)按质量百分数配比称取下列各组分:磷酸15%~40%、氨基类化合物10%~30%、硼酸5%~20%、水溶性聚磷酸铵5%~25%、硅化物5%~15%、钼酸钠3%~8%、三乙醇胺0.5%~3%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%~2%、季戊四醇0.1%~1%;(2)将磷酸和氨基类化合物混合,在70℃~90℃反应2~4h;(3)再加入其它组分混合,加水配成溶液即得。本发明的有益效果是,本发明的制备工艺简单、原料廉价易得、成本低、不产生污染,而且所得物料对木材的阻燃抑烟效果好,吸湿性低,渗透力强,尺寸稳定,抗流失性能好,应用方便,还具有较好的防腐、防霉、防蛀之功效,易于实现工业化生产等。

技术领域
本发明涉及木材阻燃剂技术领域,具体地说是一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法。
背景技术
木材作为一种重要的工业工程用材料,已在建筑、室内装饰、家具等领域得到了广泛应用,并且深受人们青睐。但木材属于易燃材料,极易引发火灾。因此,对木材进行阻燃剂的防护处理是一种改善性能、拓宽应用范围和降低火灾隐患的必不可少的方法措施。现有的阻燃剂有些对木材的阻燃效果不明显;有些虽然能起到很好的阻燃效果,但在燃烧时会产生大量有毒气体,影响人身健康。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按质量百分数配比称取下列各组分:
磷酸15%~40%;
氨基类化合物10%~30%;
硼酸5%~20%;
水溶性聚磷酸铵5%~25%;
硅化物5%~15%;
钼酸钠3%~8%;
三乙醇胺0.5%~3%;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%~2%;
季戊四醇0.1%~1%;
(2)、在反应釡中加入所述的磷酸和氨基类化合物,采用氮气保护,均匀搅拌,升温至70℃~90℃,反应2~4h,冷却至室温;
(3)、再在反应釡中加入硼酸、水溶性聚磷酸铵、硅化物、钼酸钠、三乙醇胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和季戊四醇,并加入适量水配成质量浓度为10%~30%溶液,即完成本发明。
所述磷酸的质量浓度为75%~90%。
所述氨基类化合物为尿素、双氰胺、三聚氰胺中的一种。
所述硅化物为水性硅油、聚醚改性硅油、羟基硅油乳液、氨基硅油浮液中的一种。
本发明的有益效果是,与现有技术相比,本发明的制备工艺简单、原料廉价易得、成本低、不产生污染,而且所得物料对木材的阻燃抑烟效果好,吸湿性低,渗透力强,尺寸稳定,抗流失性能好,应用方便,还具有较好的防腐、防霉、防蛀之功效,易于实现工业化生产等。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的优选实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,包括如下步骤:(1)、按质量百分数配比称取下列各组分:磷酸30%、三聚氰胺20%、硼酸10%、水溶性聚磷酸铵15%、聚醚改性硅油12%、钼酸钠8%、三乙醇胺3%、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵1%、季戊四醇1%;(2)、在反应釡中加入所述的磷酸和三聚氰胺,采用氮气保护,均匀搅拌,升温至70℃~90℃,反应2~4h,冷却至室温;(3)、再在反应釡中加入硼酸、水溶性聚磷酸铵、聚醚改性硅油、钼酸钠、三乙醇胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和季戊四醇,并加入适量水配成质量浓度为10%~30%溶液,即完成本发明。其中,所述磷酸的质量浓度为75%~90%。
Claims (4)
1.一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)、按质量百分数配比称取下列各组分:
磷酸15%~40%;
氨基类化合物10%~30%;
硼酸5%~20%;
水溶性聚磷酸铵5%~25%;
硅化物5%~15%;
钼酸钠3%~8%;
三乙醇胺0.5%~3%;
十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.5%~2%;
季戊四醇0.1%~1%;
(2)、在反应釡中加入所述的磷酸和氨基类化合物,采用氮气保护,均匀搅拌,升温至70℃~90℃,反应2~4h,冷却至室温;
(3)、再在反应釡中加入硼酸、水溶性聚磷酸铵、硅化物、钼酸钠、三乙醇胺、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵和季戊四醇,并加入适量水配成质量浓度为10%~30%溶液,即完成本发明。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,其特征在于,所述磷酸的质量浓度为75%~90%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,其特征在于,所述氨基类化合物为尿素、双氰胺、三聚氰胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无卤环保木材阻燃剂的复合方法,其特征在于,所述硅化物为水性硅油、聚醚改性硅油、羟基硅油乳液、氨基硅油浮液中的一种。
