Abstract

a invenção se refere a um dispositivo para a união de uma lâmina modular, a união sendo formada por uma pluralidade de parafusos (8) que são fixados entre insertos (3 e 4) alojados no material composto de dois módulos (1 e 2) a serem unidos. o dispositivo permite que o parafuso (8) seja pré-carregado com uma menor aplicação de força e maior precisão que os sistemas conhecidos, também garantindo que o dispositivo seja mantido livre. para tanto, cada dispositivo é formado por coberturas laterais (9), uma cunha superior (10) e uma cunha inferior (11), e parafusos de fenda transversais (12), tudo circundando o parafuso correspondente (8) colocado no interior de um furo entre dois módulos de lâminas (1 e 2). quando uma força f1 é aplicada nas cunhas (10 e 11), as coberturas (9) respondem com uma força que separa os módulos (1 e 2) e pré-estressa o parafuso (8).
