Abstract
trata-se de sistemas e métodos que permitem controle de temperatura de um leito de catalisador para a conversão de álcoois em hidrocarbonetos de combustível modulando-se o teor de água da corrente de alimentação de álcool fornecido ao leito de catalisador. o calor gerado por reações exotérmicas no leito de catalisador pode ser utilizado para pré-aquecer a corrente de alimentação de álcool. em algumas modalidades, um leito de catalisador secundário é fornecido para a conversão de hidrocarbonetos leves encontrados no produto de hidrocarboneto inicial em hidrocarbonetos de combustível que são líquidos em temperatura e pressão ambientes.
