Abstract

a cápsula compreende um corpo em forma de taça e uma tampa que o fecha superiormente. o corpo em forma de taça compreende uma parede lateral e uma parede inferior possuindo pelo menos uma abertura de saída para a bebida fluir para fora da cápsula, compreende ainda uma parede de retenção definindo inferiormente um compartimento intermediário contendo o produto de infusão. a parede de retenção inclui uma camada impermeável e está espaçada da parede inferior de modo a definir com esta um compartimento inferior. a camada impermeável é configurada para rasgar autonomamente, devido à pressão alcançada no compartimento intermediário seguida da introdução de água quente pressurizada na cápsula. a cápsula compreende ainda um disco de suporte perfurante e elasticamente deformável que é disposto por baixo da camada impermeável, com um bordo periférico do mesmo repousado na parede inferior da cápsula ou numa superfície de suporte colocada a uma distância da parede inferior da cápsula, e está configurada para se deformar, flexionando para a parede inferior da cápsula, como resultado de a flexão da camada impermeável quando a pressão dentro do compartimento intermediário aumenta após a introdução de água quente pressurizada na cápsula.
