Abstract
a presente invenção provê dispersões poliméricas muito finamente divididas obteníveis por pelo menos uma polimerização em emulsão de dois estágios, em que 1) um primeiro polímero rico em ácido p1 é preparado por uma polimerização radical de uma 1ª composição compreendendo a) pelo menos um monômero selecionado do grupo de (met)acrilatos de (ciclo)alquila, vinilaromáticos com até 20 átomos de carbono, um composto polimerizável radicalmente selecionado do grupo de nitrilas etilenicamente insaturadas com até 20 átomos de carbono, ésteres vinílicos de ácidos carboxílicos contendo até 20 átomos de carbono, halogenetos de vinila com até 10 átomos de carbono e éteres de vinila de álcoois com 1 a 10 átomos de carbono b) pelo menos um ácido carboxílico a,ß-etilenicamente insaturado c) pelo menos um monômero de reticulação com um grupo ceto ou aldeído d) opcionalmente pelo menos um promotor de adesão e) opcionalmente acrilato de terc-butila f) opcionalmente outros monômeros m na presença de um agente de transferência de ligação de cadeia, 2) o polímero p1 preparado em 1) é misturado com uma base, 3) um polímero hidrofóbico p2 é preparado por polimerização radical, na presença do polímero p1 tratado sob 2), a partir de uma 2ª composição compreendendo a) pelo menos um monômero selecionado do grupo de (met)acrilatos de (ciclo)alquila, vinilaromáticos com até 20 átomos de carbono, um composto polimerizável radicalmente selecionado do grupo de nitrilas etilenicamente insaturadas com até 20 átomos de carbono, ésteres vinílicos de ácidos carboxílicos contendo até 20 átomos de carbono, halogenetos de vinila com até 10 átomos de carbono e éteres de vinila de álcoois com 1 a 10 átomos de carbono b) opcionalmente pelo menos um ácido carboxílico a,ß-etilenicamente insaturado c) pelo menos um monômero de reticulação com um grupo ceto ou aldeído d) opcionalmente pelo menos um promotor de adesão, e também e) opcionalmente outros monômeros m, 4) e por adição opcional, subsequente à polimerização de p1 e p2, de uma poliamina alcoxilada trifuncional pelo menos solúvel em água, mais particularmente uma triamina etoxilada e/ou propoxilada.
