Abstract

a presente invenção se refere a um método de cultivo e/ou monitoramento de células epiteliais usando um sistema de cultura celular microfluida caracterizado por compreender uma rede microfluida de canais. no método, células epiteliais são alinhadas no sistema de cultura microfluido de células por células de origem mesenquimal. as células podem formar uma estrutura tubular ou similar a tubular, por exemplo um tubo em um tubo. o método possibilita modelos epiteliais aprimorados adequados para uma ampla variedade de aplicações, incluindo sem limitações triagem de alto rendimento e análise de epitélio em saúde e doença.
