um dispositivo para a medição de analitos no sangue e/ou no fluido intersticial, compreendendo: ao menos um sensor (2) configurado para entrar em contato com o sangue e/ou fluido intersticial; um transdutor (15) acoplado ao dito sensor (2) para medir a concentração de dito analito no sangue e/ou fluido intersticial; os meios eletrônicos de processamento (16) associados ao transdutor (15) para gerar um sinal (s) representativo do valor da concentração de dito analito no sangue e/ou fluido intersticial; e os meios de transmissão (17) associados aos meios eletrônicos de processamento (16) para enviar o sinal a um elemento receptor (17a) disposto remotamente em relação aos ditos meios eletrônicos de processamento (16); o dito sensor (2) compreendendo um eletrodo ativo (3) que apresenta ao menos uma agulha (4) inserível na pele para entrar em contato com o sangue e/ou fluido intersticial e, um eletrodo de referência (5) apresentando um elemento de contato (6) com a pele do usuário; os ditos eletrodos (3, 5) definindo respectivo um circuito elétrico de passagem de corrente.
