Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de guarnições de fricção que tem uma placa de apoio (14) e que tem uma mola de restauração de chapa metálica fixada na mesma, para um freio de disco alinhado parcialmente de veículo de motor (1) do tipo pinça deslizante que tem um suporte de freio (2) fixado em relação ao veículo, em que conjuntos de guarnições de fricção dispostos em ambos os lados de um disco de freio são guiados de modo deslizante, e que tem um alojamento (3), que se estende sobre o disco de freio e os conjuntos de guarnições de fricção e que é montado de modo deslizante no suporte de freio (2), em que a mola de restauração pode ser presa axialmente entre o suporte de freio (2) e o conjunto de guarnições de fricção por meio de pelo menos uma perna de mola (13) de tal modo que a mola de restauração aplique uma liberação de espaço ao conjunto de guarnições de fricção. a perna de mola (13) se estende sobre uma garra com formato de cabeça de martelo (6) da placa de apoio (14), e em que a perna de mola (13) é projetada para ser deformável plasticamente de maneira intencional sob atuação de frenagem como um resultado de uma redução na espessura de material de fricção a fim de aplicar uma liberação de espaço constantemente dimensionada no conjunto de guarnições de fricção.
