Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um arranjo para refrigeração de uma máquina elétrica (3). a máquina elétrica (3) compreende um rotor (5) disposto rotativamente em torno de um eixo de rotação (4a), um estator (6) incluindo um enrolamento de estator (6b) disposto radialmente fora do rotor (5), um alojamento (2) envolvendo o rotor (5) e o estator (6), ao menos um orifício de drenagem (11) configurado para drenar um fluido de refrigeração a partir do alojamento (2), ao menos um dispositivo de pulverização (8-10) configurado para pulverizar fluido de refrigeração no enrolamento de estator (6b) e uma bomba (14) configurada para bombear fluido de refrigeração para o dispositivo de pulverização (8-10). o arranjo compreende uma unidade de controle (18) que é configurada, quando a máquina elétrica (3) está em operação, para receber informação da temperatura em ao menos uma posição do enrolamento de estator (6b) e para controlar a bomba (14) de tal modo que ela bombeie uma taxa de fluxo do fluido de refrigeração para o dispositivo de pulverização (8-10) que está relacionado com a temperatura estimada do enrolamento de estator (6b).
