Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de entrega de enzima que tem uma pluralidade de fibras fiadas em solução. as fibras fiadas em solução produzidas a partir de uma resina polimérica solúvel em água e uma enzima. a enzima é encapsulada nas fibras fiadas em solução e está presente em uma quantidade de 0,1 a 40% em peso com base no peso total das fibras fiadas em solução. a porcentagem de enzimas ativas após encapsulamento é de 50 a 100%.
