Abstract
a invenção provê um método para fornecer o retorno a partir de uma pluralidade de estações base de uma rede de frequência única a um dispositivo de equipamento de usuário para indicar se uma transmissão de dados foi recebida com sucesso, em que um reconhecimento positivo de recepção bem sucedida é transmitido pelo uso de um primeiro recurso de retorno e um reconhecimento negativo de recepção mal sucedida é transmitido pelo uso de um segundo recurso de retorno, sendo o primeiro e segundo recursos de retorno mutuamente ortogonais.
