Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a sistemas e técnicas que permitem um procedimento de seleção de rede avançado. os provedores mantêm listas de redes preferenciais aprovisionadas aos ues. as listas de redes preferidas incluem rats wlan e, para cada entrada, área de cobertura e tipo de serviços suportados. os ues incluem várias credenciais para conectividade através de provedores e potencialmente vários transceptores que dão suporte a vários serviços ativos. um ue aciona um procedimento de seleção de rede sempre que um novo serviço é iniciado. uma credencial é selecionada. o ue constrói uma lista de combinações de rede / rat a partir de listas de redes preferidas e filtra esta lista, removendo entradas que não dão suporte ao novo serviço. o ue leva em consideração o contexto do ue, filtrando ainda mais a lista. as entradas restantes são varridas e uma combinação rede / rat é selecionada. o ue determina se o registro com a combinação rede / rat selecionada causa uma interrupção em um serviço em andamento. se não, o ue registra-se na seleção. caso positivo, o ue se envolve na resolução da interrupção.
