Abstract
um dispositivo de agitação e de retirada de amostras de líquidos biológicos compreende um agitador (30) de racks (8) de tubos (10), um órgão de amostragem (51, 52) próprio para realizar uma retirada de amostra de líquidos biológicos dentro de um tubo (10), e um passador (34) capaz de pegar um tubo (10) em um rack (8) recebido no agitador (30) e de deslocar o mesmo até o órgão de amostragem (51, 52). o agitador (30) é capaz de agitar pelo menos três racks (8) simultaneamente, e o dispositivo compreende por outro lado um planejador capaz de determinar dados de destino para um tubo (10) e dados de destino para o rack (8) que recebe esse tubo (10), e de determinar para cada tubo (10) um local final em função dos dados de destino do tubo (10) e dos dados de destino dos racks (8) recebidos no dispositivo, local final esse que designa um rack (8) recebido no agitador (30) e uma posição nesse rack (8) e pode ser diferente do local do tubo (10) quando o rack (8) que o recebia foi introduzido no dispositivo (1), e disposto para comandar o passador (34) para pegar um tubo (10), apresentar o mesmo ao órgão de amostragem (51, 52) e recolocar o mesmo depois de retirada no dito local final.
