as modalidades descritas no presente documento se referem a uma técnica de circuito aprimorada para detectar corrente que conduz em um transistor de potência acoplado a uma fonte de alimentação de entrada. o circuito inclui um circuito de detecção de corrente bidirecional com o uso de controle de porta de transistor de detecção de corrente. o circuito inclui um transistor de detecção de corrente direta para detectar a corrente que conduz no transistor de potência durante a corrente de modo direto do circuito e um transistor de detecção de corrente de elevação reversa para detectar a corrente que conduz durante o modo de corrente reversa do circuito. um deslocador de nível também é dotado de saídas complementares tanto para ligar o transistor de detecção de corrente direta oi desligar o transistor de detecção de corrente de elevação reversa quando o circuito estiver no modo de corrente direta, como para desligar o transistor de detecção de corrente direta e ligar o transistor de detecção de corrente de elevação reversa quando o circuito estiver no modo de corrente reversa.
