Abstract

a invenção se refere a um dispositivo de dosagem proporcional supervisionada que compreende uma bomba dosadora de líquido (1) dotada de uma entrada (12), de uma saída (13), de uma tubeira (16) de aspiração e de um mecanismo (11) para ajustar a vazão na tubeira (16), caracterizado pelo fato de que o dispositivo de dosagem compreende por outro lado um conjunto de meios de detecção, o dito conjunto incluindo pelo menos meios (3) para detectar a variação de pressão dentro da tubeira, dispostos entre a primeira válvula de aspiração (14) e a câmara de mistura, um medidor de água (7) na entrada (12), uma sonda (6) de medição do nível do continente de produto a aspirar, meios (22) para determinar a posição do mecanismo de ajuste do volume a aspirar (11), uma interface homem / máquina (4) para tratar, gravar e visualizar os dados provenientes dos meios de detecção. a invenção tem também como objeto processos de supervisão de uma bomba dosadora que utilizam o dispositivo de dosagem proporcional.
