Abstract
a invenção pertence à indústria de energia nuclear e, mais especificamente, aos geradores de vapor das centrais nucleares. o objetivo da presente invenção é criar um gerador de vapor que permite fornecer a remoção de um reator de uma alta potência térmica, aumentar a fiabilidade, reduzir as características específicas do peso e dimensão, e melhorar os indicadores técnico-económicos do gerador de vapor, em comparação com o protótipo conhecido. o resultado técnico da invenção proposta consiste em reduzir a irregularidade térmica e hidráulica no gerador de vapor, melhorar a capacidade de enchimento do gerador de vapor por tubos de permuta de calor, organizar a parte economizadora da superfície de permuta de calor no gerador de vapor, reduzir a concentração de impurezas corrosivas na área de solda do circuito primário para o corpo horizontal. para resolver a tarefa no gerador de vapor que possui um corpo horizontal, um coletor de entrada e saída do circuito primário, tubos de permuta de calor e dispositivo de distribuição de água de alimentação, propõe-se colocar os tubos de permuta de calor do gerador de vapor verticalmente e os coletores de entrada e saída do circuito primário horizontalmente. além disso, propõe-se equipar o gerador de vapor com pelo menos dois coletores de saída do circuito primário. também se propõe uma opção na qual o dispositivo de distribuição de água de alimentação está localizado abaixo dos tubos de permuta de calor do gerador de vapor.
