Abstract

BANCADA DE ECONOMIZADOR COM PASSAGEM DIVIDIDA COM AQUECIMENTO DO AR POR BOBINA HIDRÁULICA INTEGRADA E DIRECIONAMENTO DE ÁGUA DE ALIMENTAÇÃO. Um aparelho para utilizar um aquecedor de ar com bobina hidráulica com um só economizador de bancada. Um arranjo de economizador de caldeira inclui uma bancada de economizador que tem porções separadas do economizador com bancada de passagem de calor e bancada de passagem de refrigeração em um arranjo em paralelo, cada uma delas voltada para o mesmo fluxo de gás de tubo de caldeira quente. A água de alimentação entra no economizador de bancada de passagem de refrigeração onde ela é aquecida pelo gás de tubo de caldeira quente, e a seguir flui para um aquecedor de ar com bobina hidráulica longe do gás de tubo de caldeira quente. A água de alimentação dissipa energia térmica no aquecedor de ar com bobina hidráulica que pode ser usada para aquecer o ar destinado para a combustão. A água de alimentação continua para dentro da porção de economizador de bancada de passagem de calor do arranjo de economizador onde ela absorve calor adicional do gás de tubo de caldeira. A água de alimentação aquecida flui para fora do arranjo de economizador e pode estar sujeita a aquecimento adicional por uma caldeira ou outro trocador de calor.
