Abstract
é divulgado um novo método de produção de ácido 3-hidroxiadípico utilizando uma via metabólica de um micro-organismo. o método de produção de ácido 3-hidroxiadípico inclui a etapa de cultura de pelo menos um tipo de micro-organismo com capacidade de produzir ácido 3-hidroxiadípico, selecionado a partir do grupo consistindo de micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero escherichia, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero pseudomonas, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero hafnia, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero corynebacterium, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero bacillus, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero streptomyces, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero cupriavidus, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero acinetobacter, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero alcaligenes, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero nocardioides, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero brevibacterium, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero delftia, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero shimwellia, micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero aerobacter, e micro-organismos pertencentes ao gênero rhizobium.
