Abstract
a invenção se refere a um sistema de frenagem ferroviário (1) que compreende um dispositivo de frenagem (2) provido de um corpo (7), de um único pistão (8) móvel em relação ao dito corpo para agir sobre um conjunto de mecanismos de frenagem (5), e que delimita com o dito corpo uma câmara de pressão (17) alimentada por pelo menos uma fonte de agente de pressão (55, 57) para colocar o dito pistão em uma posição de repouso na qual o dito conjunto de mecanismos de frenagem não aplica nenhum esforço sobre um membro de frenagem (6) de um veículo ferroviário, uma primeira e uma segunda juntas de estanqueidade (28, 30) alojadas entre um primeiro segmento (21) do dito pistão (8) e o dito corpo, e uma terceira e uma quarta juntas de estanqueidade (32, 34) alojadas entre um segundo segmento (22) do dito pistão e o dito corpo (7); as ditas primeira e terceira juntas sendo configuradas para formar uma estanqueidade primária da dita câmara de pressão e as ditas segunda e quarta juntas sendo configuradas para formar uma estanqueidade secundária da dita câmara de pressão.
