Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para processar uma tira de metal 200 depois que esta sai de um recipiente de revestimento 300 com material de revestimento líquido 310. acima do recipiente de revestimento o dispositivo apresenta um dispositivo de sopro 110 com uma fenda de saída de ar 112 para soprar partes líquidas do revestimento a partir da tira de metal. acima do dispositivo de sopro 110 está disposto um dispositivo de estabilização eletromagnético 140 para estabilização da tira de metal com o auxílio de forças eletromagnéticas após deixar o recipiente de revestimento e o dispositivo de sopro. para configurar dispositivos conhecidos para o processa-mento de uma tira de metal de maneira energeticamente favorável e melhorar o acesso para uma pessoa de manutenção, é proposto, de acordo com a invenção, dispor o dispositivo de estabilização 140 acima do dispositivo de sopro 110 de tal modo, que ao afastamento d entre a linha de efeito da força máxima do dispositivo de estabilização sobre a tira de metal e a fenda de saída de ar 112 do dispositivo de sopro 110 ficará limitado a uma faixa de 100 ? 1200mm.
