um aglutinante cimentício inclui um aglutinante hidráulico em uma quantidade na faixa de 50 a 80% em peso do aglutinante cimentício; um primeiro material a base de silício em uma quantidade na faixa de 0,5 a 35% em peso do aglutinante cimentício, o primeiro material a base de silício tendo uma razão (sio2)/(al2o3) em peso maior que 2.5; um segundo material a base de silício em uma quantidade na faixa de 10 a 25% em peso do aglutinante cimentício, o segundo material a base de silício sendo diferente do primeiro material a base de silício e tendo (a) uma razão (sio2)/(al2o3) em peso maior que 10 e (b) uma área superficial específica bet maior que 5m2/g; e um material a base de alumínio na faixa de 0 a 10% em peso do aglutinante cimentício e com uma razão (sio2)/(al2o3) em peso menor que 2,5, em que 0,09 < aleff/( aleff+sieff) < 0,28, onde aleff = teor molar de alumina no aglutinante hidráulico, e sieff = teor molar de sílica no primeiro material a base de silício para partículas com um tamanho menor que 3µm + teor molar de sílica no segundo material a base de silício.
