para aperfeiçoar dispositivos e métodos conhecidos para ejeção por impulso de um meio, é proposto um dispositivo (10) para ejeção por impulso de um meio com um compartimento de meio (1) para o acondicionamento de um meio, que é delimitado por um tubo ejetor (2) e uma luva (13), que se conecta ao tubo ejetor (2) em sentido oposto à sua extremidade de ejeção, e um compartimento de agente propulsor (5) para o acondicionamento de um agente propulsor, que circunda o compartimento de meio (1) na seção da luva pelo menos parcialmente, sendo que a luva é configurada para um movimento entre uma posição de pressão e uma posição de ejeção, sendo que a luva veda o compartimento de meio (1) na posição de pressão em uma terminação (6) em relação ao compartimento de agente propulsor (5), e sendo que na posição de ejeção a luva fica distante da terminação (6), de modo que se estabeleça uma conexão fluídica (7) para a passagem de agente propulsor que sai do compartimento de agente propulsor (5) indo para o compartimento de meio (1).
