Abstract

pelo uso de um processo para a produção de um material compósito de fibra, compreendendo as seguintes etapas: a) um ou mais feixes de fibra são extraídos por meio de um ou mais dispositivos espalhadores para dentro de uma câmara de impregnação de modo a dar pelo menos duas mantas de fibras sobrepostas, espacialmente separadas e espalhadas; b) o material fundido é introduzido por meio de barras distribuidoras orientadas horizontalmente, em cada caso dispostas entre duas mantas de fibra; c) faz-se que as mantas de fibra individuais convirjam de modo que elas se sobreponham mutuamente e entrem em contato uma com a outra; d) depois que as mantas de fibras tenham convergido, são extraídas, no final da unidade operacional, através de uma matriz de extração onde ocorre a primeira modelagem, e também pelo uso de um dispositivo correspondente, é obtida uma qualidade de impregnação muito boa através de um método de umedecimento específico implementado após um alto grau de expansão, e também através de movimentos longitudinais e transversais relativos subsequentes das fibras individuais.
