Abstract
módulo de auxílio à aferição de um dispositivo de controle de produtos metalúrgicos que compreende memória capaz de estocar dados sob a forma de pares valor/ângulo. cada par corresponde a uma amplitude de respostas a uma inspeção ultrassônica em uma direção do produto metalúrgico que corresponde ao dito ângulo. um computador capaz de executar uma função de tratamento dos dados estocados. um primeiro conjunto de dados se refere a um refletor polidirecional disposto no produto metalúrgico. os pares do primeiro conjunto correspondem a amplitudes de resposta a inspeções ultrassônicas de acordo com al-gumas pelo menos das direções de trabalho do refletor polidirecional. um segundo conjunto de dados se refere a um refletor direcional disposto no produto metalúrgico. o segundo conjunto de dados compre-ende, para o refletor direcional, pelo menos um par que corresponde a uma amplitude de resposta a uma inspeção ultrassônica de acordo com uma direção de trabalho do refletor. a função de tratamento estabelece um terceiro conjunto de dados por interpolação dos pares do primeiro conjunto de dados e do segundo conjunto de dados. os pares do terceiro conjunto correspondendo a amplitudes padrão para inspeções ultrassônicas de acordo com algumas pelo menos das direções de trabalho do refletor polidirecional.
