Abstract

a presente revelação se refere a um método para formar um pacote (100) que compreende uma pilha (10) de material de lenço de papel absorvente e uma embalagem (20), em que o material de lenço de papel nos ditos painéis de formação de pilha tem um comprimento (l) e uma largura (w) perpendicular ao dito comprimento (l), em que os ditos painéis são empilhados um no topo do outro para formar uma altura (h) que se estende entre uma primeira superfície de extremidade e uma segunda superfície de extremidade da pilha, e o embalagem que circunda a pilha de modo que mantenha a em uma condição comprimida no dito pacote, com uma densidade de embalagem selecionada d0 da dita pilha (10), e uma altura de embalagem selecionada h0; em que o dito material de lenço de papel absorvente é um material de crepe seco, e a dita densidade de embalagem selecionada d0 está entre 0,30 e 0,95 kg/dm3 ou, alternativamente, o dito material de lenço de papel absorvente é um material de tecido estruturado, e a dita densidade de embalagem selecionada d0 está entre 0,20 e 0,75 kg/dm3 ou, alternativamente, o dito material de lenço de papel absorvente é um material de combinação, que compreende pelo menos um material de crepe seco e pelo menos um material de tecido estruturado, e a densidade de embalagem selecionada d0 está entre 0,25 e 0,80 kg/dm3; em que o método compreende: formar (200) a dita pilha (10) de material de lenço de papel absorvente; comprimir (210) cada porção da dita pilha (10) em uma direção ao longo da dita altura (h) para assumir uma altura temporária h1 que é c1 x h0, em que c1 está entre 0,30 e 0,95; e aplicar (220) o dita embalagem (20) à pilha (10). a revelação também se refere a um aparelho para realizar o método.
