Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a um método de processamento de informações de alarme, que compreende: um ems adquire um primeiro conjunto de informações de alarme reportado por uma vnfm, em que o primeiro conjunto de informações de alarme é gerado pela vnfm após a vnfm analisar uma correlação entre as informações de alarme de pelo menos um nfvi e informações de alarme de pelo menos um gerenciador de estrutura virtualizado (vim); o ems adquire um segundo conjunto de informações de aviso reportado por uma vnf, em que o segundo conjunto de informações de aviso compreende informações de alarme de pelo menos uma função de rede virtualizada (vnf); e o ems analisa uma correlação entre o primeiro conjunto de informações de alarme e o segundo conjunto de informações de alarme e aloca uma ordem de trabalho configurada para as informações de alarme com a correlação. também descritos estão um sistema de gerenciamento de elemento de rede e um sistema de processamento de informações de alarme. adotando a presente invenção, uma correlação de informações de alarme de camada cruzada pode ser realizada, e a quantidade de ordens de trabalho pode ser reduzida.
