Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se à técnica de aquisição sísmica que emprega um arranjo receptor e uma metodologia de processamento que são projetadas para atenuar o ruído sísmico de fundo que ocorre naturalmente o qual é gravado ao longo dos dados sísmicos durante a aquisição. a técnica eleva o conhecimento que o ruído sísmico de fundo e que ocorre naturalmente se move com uma velocidade de fase menor do que os sinais sísmicos utilizados para formar imagens e inversão e, em algumas modalidades, pode chegar de direções particulares preferidas. a técnica descrita compreende duas etapas: 1) determinar o ruído sísmico de fundo que ocorre naturalmente nos dados sísmicos preliminares uma faixa de velocidades de fase uma faixa de velocidades de fase e amplitudes que contêm ruído primário e o grau no qual esse ruído necessita ser atenuado, e 2) projetar um método de aquisição e processamento para atenuar esse ruído em relação ao sinal desejado.
