trata-se de um método e dispositivo para mineração de dados com base em plataforma social. o método compreende: obter um ou mais dicionários de marcação de interesse de um ou mais usuários registrados em um cliente de informações e um ou mais primeiros objetos que têm relação seguida com o um ou mais usuários registrados no cliente de informações em uma plataforma social; de acordo com o um ou mais primeiros objetos que têm a relação seguida com o um ou mais usuários registrados, determinar um ou mais primeiros conjuntos seguidos correspondentes ao um ou mais usuários registrados; de acordo com o um ou mais dicionários de marcação de interesse do um ou mais usuários registrados e com o um ou mais primeiros conjuntos seguidos, construir um modelo de interesse; obter um ou mais segundos objetos que têm relação seguida com um ou mais usuários recém-registrados no cliente de informações na plataforma social e ler informações de relação entre o um ou mais usuários recém-registrados e o um ou mais segundos objetos; de acordo com o um ou mais segundos objetos que têm a relação seguida com o um ou mais usuários recém-registrados, determinar um segundo conjunto seguido correspondente ao um ou mais usuários recém-registrados; e compatibilizar o segundo conjunto seguido com o modelo de interesse para determinar uma ou mais marcações de interesse recomendadas do um ou mais usuários recém-registrados. o método e o dispositivo solucionam o problema na técnica tradicional em que as informações direcionadas não podem ser fornecidas devido ao fato de que um usuário recém-registrado não tem registro de navegação histórico.
