Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a uma roda de veículo com um aro de roda e um disco de roda conectado na parte interna do aro da roda, sendo que o disco da roda é conectado ao aro da roda com pelo menos um elemento de conexão, que é conduzido através de um orifício de passagem da base do aro e inserido no disco da roda. a invenção também se refere a um processo para a fabricação da roda do veículo. na roda do veículo está previsto que o orifício de passagem (3) esteja disposto no assento do pneu (1.1) da base do aro, e que o elemento de conexão (3) conduzido através do mesmo esteja essencialmente inserido no disco da roda (2), ajustado na parte interna do aro em direção da extensão radial do assento do pneu (1.1). no processo está previsto que a conexão entre o aro da roda e o disco da roda ocorra na área do assento do pneu (1.1) da base do aro, e que após a inserção do elemento de conexão (3) no disco da roda (2) uma seção localizada acima do contorno do lado externo do aro do assento do pneu (1.1) do elemento de conexão (3) seja processada dando forma, de modo que o elemento de conexão (3) seja adaptado de acordo com os contornos ao contorno do lado externo do aro do assento do pneu (1.1).
