Abstract
a presente invenção se refere a um sistema de medição de rotação de rolo de alimentação que inclui um oscilador tal como um oscilador de tensão ajustado (vto) que possui um capacitor e um indutor acoplados entre si. o vto é configurado para ser disposto adjacente a um marcador ou recurso moldado formado em uma superfície de um rolo de alimentação do alimentador de fio. o sistema de medição de rotação de rolo de alimentação também inclui um controlador de circuito de bloqueio de fase (pll) acoplado eletricamente ao vto e configurado para determinar e enviar uma voltagem de correção para o vto para manter o vto em uma frequência de oscilação desejada. o sistema de medição de rotação de rolo de alimentação também inclui processador acoplado ao controlador pll e configurado para receber um sinal do controlador pll indicativo da voltagem de correção e para calcular uma velocidade de rotação do rolo de alimentação com base pelo menos em parte no sinal recebido. o sinal de correção espelha a passagem dos marcadores em frente ao sensor, de modo que pode ser determinado com base no numero de marcadores detectados durante um determinado período de tempo.
