?sistema com escoamento substancialmente horizontal e método para preparação de uma bebida quente? a presente invenção se refere a um sistema e a um método para preparação de uma bebida quente, tal como café. o sistema de acordo com a invenção compreende: um recipiente de matéria-prima, no qual matéria-prima para a bebida quente é acondicionável, sendo que o recipiente de matéria-prima é dotado com uma entrada de líquido, e uma saída com um escoamento substancialmente horizontal através da matéria-prima; um conjunto de bocal conectado de maneira operativa à saída e dotado com uma entrada, uma entrada de ar e um bocal; e um escoamento de saída conectado de maneira operativa ao bocal para entrega da bebida quente.
