Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um micro-organismo recombinante que compreende enzimas endógenas que convertem co e/ou co2 em acetil-coa. o micro-organismo recombinante contém uma sequência de ácidos nucleicos heterólogos que codificam uma ou mais enzimas que permitem a conversão de acetil-coa em um alceno com uma cadeia principal de 1 a 5 átomos de carbono. a sequência de ácidos nucleicos heterólogos compreende uma ou mais sequências de codificação que codificam uma ou mais enzimas que catalisam a conversão de acetil-coa em crotonil-coa e que catalisam, ainda, a conversão de crotonil-coa em um alceno; ou uma ou mais sequências de codificação que codificam uma ou mais enzimas que catalisam a conversão de acetil-coa em 3-metilcrotonil-coa e que catalisam, ainda, a conversão de 3-metilcrotonil-coa em um alceno; ou uma ou mais sequências de codificação que codificam uma ou mais enzimas que catalisam a conversão de acetil-coa em propionil-coa e que catalisam, ainda, a conversão de propionil-coa em um alceno. cada sequência de codificação está ligada operacionalmente a um promotor transcricional.
