Abstract

a invenção se refere a uma palheta difusora (2) para um motor de turbina a gás, compreendendo um conjunto de palhetas (4) feito de um material compósito tendo um reforço de fibra densificado por uma matriz, o reforço de fibra sendo obtido de fibras longas pré-impregnadas, aglomeradas na forma de uma esteira, o conjunto de palhetas sendo provido pelo menos em uma borda dianteira com uma tira de reforço (10 1), a dita tira de reforço sendo feita de uma única tira de tecido unidirecional ou de artigo têxtil, ou por empilhamento de uma pluralidade de dobras pré-impregnadas de tecido unidirecional ou de artigo têxtil feito de fibras de carbono ou de fibras de vidro, e pelo menos uma plataforma (6, 8) posicionada em uma extremidade radial do conjunto de palhetas, a plataforma sendo feita de um material compósito tendo um reforço de fibra densificado por uma matriz, o reforço de fibra sendo obtido de fibras longas pré-impregnadas. a invenção se refere também a um método para fabricar tal palheta.
