Abstract

a invenção diz respeito a um modulador de pressão de frenagem (1) de um sistema de frenagem eletrônico de um veículo comercial que é construído como uma unidade construtiva com pelo menos dois circuitos de controle de pressão (13, 14), em que as rodas do veículo que podem ser freadas (6a, 6b, 6c, 6d) apresentam freios das rodas que podem ser ativados de forma pneumática (7a, 7b, 7c, 7d), em que os circuitos de controle de pressão (13, 14) são associados respectivamente a um circuito de frenagem de um eixo do veículo, com uma alimentação própria de ar comprimido (4, 5) para cada circuito de controle de pressão (13, 14), pelo menos uma via de pressão de controle de redundância (21), pelo menos uma via de venti-lação (19, 19a) bem como uma eletrônica de controle comum (2) para os circuitos de controle de pressão (13, 14), em que os circuitos de controle de pressão (13, 14) po-dem ser regulados independentemente uns dos outros através da eletrônica de con-trole (2). para que o modulador de pressão de frenagem com vários circuitos (1) possa ser produzido de forma construtivamente simples, bem como compacta e econômica, é previsto que cada circuito de controle de pressão (13, 14) apresente uma via de ventilação própria (19, 19a), e pelo menos um dos circuitos de controle de pressão (13, 14) apresente uma via de pressão de controle de redundância pró-pria (21) bem como que pelo menos um outro dos circuitos de controle de pressão (13, 14) apresente um dispositivo (16a) para ventilação forçada em caso de falha através da via de ventilação (19a) associada.
