Abstract
trata-se de técnicas para obtenção de célula otimizada para sistemas de dúplex por divisão de tempo (tdd) de evolução de longo prazo (lte) ou equipamentos de usuário (ues) com capacidade para grupo fechado de assinante (csg)/serviço de multimídia de difusão/difusão seletiva evoluído (embms). um ue obtém informações de configuração, informações de capacidade para csg e/ou informações de capacidade para embms para uma célula. o ue também armazena as informações obtidas para a célula em um banco de dados de informações de célula. em alguns aspectos, o ue pode empregar as informações de capacidade para csg e/ou embms para selecionar uma célula mais fraca, durante a varredura de frequência inicial na inicialização do ue, com base na capacidade de célula. adicional ou alternativamente, o ue pode empregar as informações de configuração para determinar um valor de hipótese de informações mútuas iniciais (mi) para mapeamento de grupo de canal indicador de solicitação de repetição automática híbrida (harq) físico (phich) da célula. adicional ou alternativamente, eventos de falhas de enlace de rádio e/ou falha de sincronização podem ser previstos e respostas proativas empregadas com base em soluções obtidas anteriormente.
