Abstract

MÉTODO PARA A OPERAÇÃO DE UM MÓDULO DA MEMBRANA DE SEPARAÇÃO E DISPOSITIVO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para a operação de um módulo da membrana de separação incluindo uma membrana de separação que possui uma primeira face e uma segunda face, um canal de escoamento do líquido a ser filtrado ao longo do qual o líquido a ser filtrado que deve ser alimentado para os primeiros fluxos da face, e um canal de escoamento do líquido permeado ao longo do qual o líquido permeado obtido a partir dos segundos fluxos da face, o método inclui: uma etapa de filtração de obtenção de líquido permeado que contém os componentes que se tornam insolúveis quando entram em contato com os ácidos através da alimentação do líquido a ser filtrado para o canal de escoamento do líquido a ser filtrado; uma primeira etapa de substituição da água para substituir o líquido no canal de escoamento do líquido permeado pela água, após a etapa de filtração; uma primeira etapa de limpeza química para realizar a contralavagem, provocando que uma solução química ácida possa fluir a partir da segunda face em direção à primeira face da membrana de separação, após a primeira etapa de substituição da água; e uma segunda etapa de substituição da água para substituir o líquido no canal de escoamento do líquido permeado pela água, após a primeira etapa de limpeza química.
