Abstract

SISTEMA DE ANTENA PARA DIVERSIDADE DE POLARIZAÇÕES. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de antena (100) que compreende um único elemento de antena que tem primeira (111) e segunda (112) portas de antena arranjadas para passar uns respectivos primeiro e segundo sinais de antena. Os primeiro e segundo sinais de antena sendo derivados a partir de um primeiro sinal de antena comum (J1) e arranjados para serem essencialmente iguais em envelope. Um padrão de antena do sistema sendo arranjado para ser selecionável entre um primeiro padrão de antena que tem uma primeira polariza-ção e um segundo padrão de antena que tem uma segunda polarização subs-tancialmente ortogonal à primeira polarização. O primeiro padrão de antena sendo selecionado ao se ajustar os primeiro e segundo sinais de antena para terem a mesma polaridade na primeira (111) e na segunda (112) portas de ante-na, o segundo padrão de antena sendo selecionado ao se ajustar os primeiro e segundo sinais de antena para terem polaridades substancialmente opostas na primeira (111) e na segunda (112) portas de antena.
