Abstract
APERFEIÇOAMENTOS DE COBERTURA COM AGREGAÇÃO DE PORTADORA. São descritos métodos, sistemas e aparelhos para implantação eficaz de aperfeiçoamentos de cobertura em aplicações que envolvem aparelhos com agregação de portadora ou com recepção limitada ou ambos. Categorias diferentes de equipamento de usuário (UE) podem ser configuradas para receber broadcasts e unicasts simultâneos de maneira diferente de acordo com as limitações físicas de cada categoria de UE. Podem ser utilizadas várias portadoras componentes, e cada uma delas pode utilizar a mesma técnica ou técnicas diferentes de aperfeiçoamento de cobertura. As diferenças nas técnicas de aperfeiçoamento de cobertura podem ser explicadas com números e a temporização de processos de solicitação de repetição automática hibrida (HARQ), particionamento de armazenador provisório, empacotamento de canais e/ou priorização de transmissões. Os UEs podem determinar a cessação da transmissão de uma ou mais portadoras componentes com base nas prioridades diferentes atribuídas às portadoras componentes.
