Abstract
SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA VISUALIZAR INTEGRIDADE DE COMPONENTE. Trata-se de sistemas e métodos para visualizar integridade de componente e necessidades de manutenção preventiva para componentes de subsistema de controle submarino. As realizações podem incluir energizar um ou mais solenoides, detectar um evento de disparo de solenoide, detectar atividade em componentes de preventor de blowout seguintes na cadeia em relação aos solenoides e incrementar uma contagem de ciclo para os um ou mais solenoides e cada componente preventor de blowout seguinte na cadeia ativado. As realizações podem incluir projetar uma data de substituição para o solenoide ou qualquer um dos componentes de preventor de blowout seguintes na cadeia com base na contagem de ciclo e em limiares definidos por usuário. Nas realizações, um usuário é dotado de uma representação gráfica interativa de um preventor de blowout que inclui componentes de preventor de blowout selecionáveis para, desse modo, visualizar a integridade de componente e necessidades de manutenção preventiva.
