Abstract
DISPOSITIVO RETARDADOR HIDRODINÂMICO, MÉTODO PARA SEU USO, E VEÍCULO. Um dispositivo retardador hidrodinâmico (4) para instalação em um trem de potência (3) em um veículo (1), em que o dispositivo retardador compreende: um estator equipado com pá (7) que, junto com um rotor equipado com pá (8), forma um sistema de pás com um espaço de trabalho (6) para recebimento de um meio de trabalho aquoso, e um circuito retardador (14) conectado no espaço de trabalho (6) para controlar a entrada de um meio de trabalho no espaço de trabalho (6), em que o circuito retardador (14) é instalado para ser conectado no circuito de água de resfriamento ordinário do veículo (9). O circuito retardador (14) compreende elementos de válvula para interromper o fluxo de meio de trabalho para o espaço de trabalho (6), e um gerador de pressão negativa (19) é conectado no circuito retardador (14), cujo gerador de pressão negativa é instalado para reduzir a pressão no espaço de trabalho (6) para um valor menor ou igual ao da pressão de vapor para o meio de trabalho, de forma que o espaço de trabalho é assim evacuado do meio de trabalho líquido. A invenção também diz respeito a um método e um veículo.
